Points are earned through purchases on www.durangoboots.com and by completing actions like signing up, writing reviews, and celebrating your birthday.

To view your points, log in to your account. Within the dashboard you should see a Durango® Dollars dropdown.

Absolutely! You can join Durango® Dollars via the Account Login page, and use your existing account credentials. Everyone who purchases on the site accrues points, it’s up to you to spend them.

Unfortunately, no. Besides, you've worked hard to earn those points - reward yourself!

Points are earned based on your tier level:

Silver Buckle Tier – Earn 1 point per $1 spent. (Everyone starts here.)

Gold Buckle Tier – Earn 1.25x points per $1. (Unlocked at 1,000 points.)

Platinum Buckle Tier – Earn 1.5x points per $1. (Unlocked at 5,000 points.)

Points expire every 15 months. Activities which would keep your account active are Account creation, purchase on website, and write a review. Birthday rewards, however, do expire after 90 days.

Points post 24–48 hours after your order ships. If your order is returned, your points will be reissued. If not, contact our Customer Service team.
